How does it work with MasterCard SPA? ActiveCheckout is a SPA-compliant applet which supports native authentication for MasterCard SPA transactions. It can communicate with merchant websites which support SPA and input an Accountholder Authentication Value (AAV) which it receives in realtime from a participating credit card issuer.
How does it work with Verified By Visa? ActiveCheckout enhances the Verified by Visa experience with an automatic form-filling capability. However, authentication under Verified By Visa is still handled directly by the issuer's access control server e.g. GPayments' ActiveAccess or the Verified By Visa service.
How will it work with PayPal? If PayPal adopts MasterCard SPA you will be able to use ActiveCheckout to authenticate the balances you transfer to your PayPal account from your credit card accounts with participating issuers.
